Since the beginning of his work, the trained vegetable gardener and environmental consultant has worked for a sustainable organic agriculture. Growing up on a Demeter vegetable farm, he recognized early the dangers of modern chemical-synthetic agriculture, and he decided to dedicate his life to nature friendly farming. Not only he manage the business of Pyrolysis GmbH, but also he continually develops the technology of existing plants and works on new pyrolysis systems. In addition, he is Junior chef in the family business Bio Blaser Vegetables and Fruit in Salavaux.
Alexandra Gavilano, CVO, COO Founder and member of the management
For several years now, the environmental scientist has been working for the active and scientifically sound environmental protection. In addition to her many years of experience as a project manager and researcher in development cooperation with regard to agriculture and climate change, she brings her know-how as a marketing and communication expert. She also works part-time for WOCAT at the CDE (Center for Development and Environment) at the University of Berne, where research is also concentrated on sustainable agriculture worldwide.
